We are seeking a Construction/Labor Law 240 Associate to work in our New York, NY office.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
*JD from an accredited Law School
*Admitted to practice in the state of New York
*3-6 years of Construction/Labor Law 240 Claims experience
*Must have experience with depositions, court appearances, trial prep and motions
*Experience with elevator, auto and security guard would be a plus
*Superior written and oral communication skills
